Nexfil™6066 Brush Filament is made of PA6 and PA66 nylon materials, which is known for its strength and durability. Blending these materials enhances performance characteristics. The combination of PA6 and PA66 Nylon Filament that is exceptionally strong and resistant to wear, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications.

The blend provides excellent flexibility, allowing the bristles to bend and return to their original shape, which enhances cleaning efficiency on uneven surfaces. Nexfil™6066 Broom Brush Filament has a higher heat resistance compared to Nylon 6, making the blended bristles suitable for applications where exposure to heat is a concern.
